Quality "Made in Germany"
Weber Maschinentechnik GmbH is the specialist for light compaction technology. Founded in 1952, the company is a third-generation family business with a passion for technology and the highest quality standards. The product portfolio includes vibrating plates, reversible vibrating plates, rollers, floor saws and concrete vibrating needles. The products "Made in Germany" are successfully positioned on the international market.
A worldwide sales and dealer network guarantees reliable pre- and after-sales service. RUBAG has been providing this service for the Swiss market for many years. In addition to first-class products, the focus is on customer satisfaction and service. Weber MT machines are user-friendly, low-maintenance, robust and durable. Research and development play an important role in ensuring the high quality of the products.
One of the latest developments is the Weber Smart Assist (WSA). This innovation combines the tried-and-tested COMPATROL compaction control system with engine protection and user support. Faults signaled by the engine protection are displayed graphically and can be rectified quickly with the help of user support.

Trench masher
Weber MT mashers are available in different sizes and for different applications. This also includes equipment for compaction work when laying fiber optic connections or in pipeline construction.
Vibration plates
Weber MT vibro plates are available as forward plates and reversible vibrating plates with infinitely variable forward and reverse travel. While the forward plates weigh between 63 and 122 kg, the reversible vibrating plates weigh between 92 and 740 kg. Petrol engines, diesel engines and electric motors (battery technology) are used as drive motors.
Rollers
The roller range includes both hand-guided vibratory rollers and trench rollers (multi-purpose compactors). Hand-guided vibratory rollers are primarily used for the compression of smaller asphalt surfaces. Trench rollers from Weber MT have a radio remote control and are used, for example, in trench construction or generally for the compression of loamy, cohesive soils.
Vibratory needles and converters
Weber MT offers two types of concrete vibratory needles. Type IV includes devices that are connected to a separate converter. IVUR, on the other hand, are vibrating needles with an integrated converter in the switch housing. The electronic components are vibration-proof encapsulated and offer protection against short circuits, earth faults and overheating. Three cylinder diameters are available: 40, 50 and 58 mm.
