Repair with cost estimate

To give you transparency and control over the repair costs, we can provide you with a detailed cost estimate on request. In this case, we will only start work once you have confirmed the quote.

Regular training

Our workshop team consists of highly qualified construction machinery mechanics who undergo regular further training to ensure they are always up to date with the latest technology. This in-depth technical know-how is one of the most important assets we can offer our customers.

Diagnosis and traceability using modern infrastructure

Our service technicians are supported by modern diagnostic programs for troubleshooting and logging. If necessary, we receive direct technical support from the manufacturer.

Our customers can also rely on the fact that we always have access to all machine information and past work carried out by us. By registering all machines by serial number in SAP and archiving all orders and service reports, we guarantee effortless access to the entire customer dossier at all times.

Service fleet

In addition to repairs and service work in our RUBAG workshops, we also offer mobile repair assignments. Our well-equipped service vans enable our mechanics to work directly on site at your construction site and resolve emergencies quickly.

We know how important a functioning machine is for your business and do everything we can to minimize your downtimes. If a repair on site is delayed and you urgently need a replacement machine, we will be happy to provide you with a machine from our extensive rental fleet.

When there's a fire, things have to move quickly. That's why we work with partner companies in various regions to cover the whole of Switzerland with repair and service for construction machinery. These service providers are carefully selected and have the same high standards as our own workshops and mechanics.
