You will assume overall responsibility for the rental business in Central Switzerland and manage our RUBAG branch in Hellbühl with a small service team.

As a family-run Swiss construction machinery dealer, RUBAG is characterized by a 120-year tradition. Since 1904, we have been passionately selling, renting and repairing construction machinery, containers, trailers and small equipment, while continuously developing our product range - with the mission of meeting our customers' needs quickly and with individual solutions.
We are looking for a competent and motivated new manager for the RUBAG branch in Hellbühlwith immediate effect or by arrangement.
Your main tasks
Rental business
- Overall responsibility for Rental Park Hellbühl: inventory management, maintenance, order processing, product demonstrations
- Care, support and competent advice for existing customers and acquisition of new customers - customer visits are part of the daily routine
- Delivery of construction machinery and organization of transporters (internal and external)
Branch management
- Administration and maintenance of the branch
- Management of the local inventory
- Employee management of a small team
Other duties
- Assistance with product development and range improvement
- Participation in seminars and trade fairs
Your qualifications
- Technical or commercial training with a federal qualification
- Professional experience in the rental or scheduling of machines and vehicles is a plus
- Fluent written and spoken German, preferably Swiss German
Sales personality
- Strong communication skills and enjoy customer contact
- High customer orientation, reliability and commitment
- Ability to work under pressure and a confident manner, even in demanding situations
- Entrepreneurial flair
