Regular maintenance increases safety

The reliable operation of your forklift depends largely on its regular maintenance. We therefore strongly recommend that you have your stacker serviced at regular intervals. All components of the forklift truck, including safety devices and attachments, must function properly to ensure safe operation. Failure of parts can lead to serious accidents at work, so regular maintenance of your stacker is crucial to ensure its safety and longevity.

Procedure of the stacker inspection

  1. Safety check: Our specialist staff will check your stacker and its attachments for damage caused by ageing, wear, corrosion and other defects. This damage can be caused by operation (e.g. wear of the forks, stretching of the slat chains, effectiveness of the brakes) or environmental influences.
  2. Repair: Any defects found are recorded and repaired in consultation with you.
  3. Seal of approval: After a successful safety check, a so-called ""Check-Up sticker"" is attached to your forklift. This confirms that your stacker has undergone a professional inspection and indicates when the next maintenance is recommended by us.

Regular inspection and maintenance of your forklift is crucial for its safe and reliable operation. We are happy to support you with this! So contact us today to arrange a maintenance appointment for your electric or diesel forklift truck.
