Since 1904, we have been passionate about selling, renting and repairing construction machinery, containers, trailers and small equipment and are committed to the ongoing development of our range - with the mission of meeting our customers' needs quickly and with individual solutions.
We are looking for a qualified workshop manager for our Chavornay sitewith immediate effect or by arrangement.
Your area of responsibility:
- Overall responsibility for customer service/workshop orders at the RUBAG Chavornay branch.
- Carrying out service, repairs and deployment of our construction machines, trailers, forklifts and other machines
- Compilation of facts and information for cost estimates
- External repairs at customer sites with fully equipped service van
- Coordinating and administrative tasks (scheduling, reports, ordering materials, etc.)
- Maintenance and servicing of all workshop equipment
- Supporting the branch and the branch manager in day-to-day business
Your qualifications:
- Completed training as a power tool/agricultural machinery or construction machinery mechanic EFZ or a comparable qualification.
- Preferably experience in workshop management or a similar role
- Resilient and reliable personality with a strong hands-on mentality
- Team spirit
- Independent and structured way of working
- Fluent in written and spoken French
- Good PC application skills to handle administrative tasks
