Recessed floor installation: this sink that can be recessed into the floor is ideal as a washing area in work yards, concrete plants or landfills. Integrate the sink seamlessly into your existing working environment and maximize the efficiency of your operations.

Combined application: With this basin, you can combine washing, decantazione and neutralizing.

Convenient disposal of slag: Solids and sludge are efficiently collected in two bigbags specially designed for bulk materials. This makes it easier to dispose of the residues.

Robust construction: The tank is made of robust sheet steel and has heavy-duty grating that can withstand impressive loads of up to 5,000 kg/m2.

Standard equipment

• Tank with 3-chamber system: 2 bigbag chambers (each with 1 bigbag of 1m3) and 1 separate neutralization chamber
• 2-part drain plate above the neutralization chamber
• Frame made of rubber cover lips to protect against soiling and clogging of the gaps
• Heavy-duty grating 5,000 kg/m2
• 1 inlet connection at the top of the 2" settling chamber
• 1 discharge 125 mm
• 1 cleaning nozzle at the bottom of neutralization chamber 2"
• 1 cleaning nozzle at the bottom of the 2" settling chamber
• 4 integrated crane eyes

For neutralizing you also need

• Automatic neutralization system incl. gas switchover or single cylinder pressure monitoring
