We have been offering sickness buckets of all kinds on the Swiss market for over 60 years. This includes our tried and tested RUBAG excavation buckets, which are superior in terms of quality and functionality.
Why do you need an excavation bucket?
Excavation buckets are mainly used in building construction, where construction cranes are also used. They are ideal for transporting building materials such as soil, rubble, gravel and sand by crane. Our excavation skips are designed to withstand the high demands of construction site operations and make crane use efficient and safe.
Automatic emptying
Thanks to the specially developed locking system, the crane operator can control the filling and emptying of the sickness bucket by simply lowering and lifting it. The crane bucket hooks and unhooks itself via a fully automatic bracket. Apart from the crane operator, no other person is required during the entire filling and emptying process. The material transport of rubble and soil is simple, efficient and safe.
This is how the fully automatic emptying works, step by step:
- The sickness is filled. The handle is folded down.
- When the sickness bucket is full, the handle is lifted and the bucket is maneuvered to where it is to be emptied.
- The entire bucket is lifted at an angle above the emptying point, which automatically engages the bracket and the material falls out.
- The sickness bucket is maneuvered back to the filling point in an inclined position.
- Only here is the crane bucket lowered again. The handle is still folded down and is only raised when the skip is full again and needs to be moved.
Stackable design
The fully automatic crane buckets are also stackable, which makes them easy to store and saves expensive storage space.
