The Schäffer 24e T is revolutionizing the construction industry as the world's first telescopic wheel loader with a fully electric drive and impresses with over 90% efficiency - three times that of a conventional wheel loader with a diesel engine. In addition, an electric loader with a clean electric motor requires considerably less maintenance, as it requires significantly fewer operating materials and filters.
Further advantages of an emission-free loader are obvious. People and the environment benefit from the quiet and emission-free operation, especially when used indoors and in noise-sensitive environments. The 24e T is equipped with two electric motors: The 21 kW drive motor with its electric direct drive provides a powerful start to the machine, accelerates it quickly to 20 km/h and guarantees high pushing forces. The 9.7 kW motor for the working hydraulics enables a delivery rate of 42 l/min and thus ensures fast work processes.
The lithium-ion battery used is also advanced! The German machine manufacturer Schäffer presents an innovative new generation battery with 31.3 kWh. With this power, the electric tele wheel loader 24e T achieves up to 8 hours of uninterrupted operating time. An additional 1.5 hours are even possible in Eco mode. The maintenance-free lithium-ion battery is guaranteed for 5,000 working hours or 5 years. With the 3 kW on-board charger, 80% is charged in 8 hours. An optional 11 kW quick charger can do the same in just over 2 hours.
