The IVUR internal concrete vibrators offer an innovative combination of internal vibrator and frequency converter and are ideal for the professional compression of concrete. They are designed for direct connection to a conventional AC socket (230 V) with a corresponding upstream RCD circuit breaker (FI). The electronics of the frequency converter are vibration-proof encapsulated and have various protection mechanisms, including overheating protection, protection against overvoltage or undervoltage and against short circuits or earth faults.

The standard integrated connection cable measures 10 m.

Advantages of the IVUR high-frequency internal vibrators:

  • High safety standard: the electronics protect the operator or the internal vibrator against residual current, short circuits and earth faults as well as overheating (in accordance with VDE and EN safety standards).
  • Flexible converter electronics: The internal vibrators can be easily operated via power generators, for example, as the electronics guarantee a wide input voltage range (voltage-resistant up to 450 volts).
  • Powerful and speed-stable: Thanks to the high engine power, IVUR internal vibrators are also speed-stable and powerful during the compression of the concrete.

  • Robust and durable design, as the stator windings are cast vibration-resistant (winding class H, can withstand short-term loads of up to 180° C)
  • Reliable protection against "burning" of the stator windings thanks to thermal sensors
  • Low wear of the hardened cylinder tubes
  • Low follow-up costs thanks to the possibility of repairing the cylinder body or using replacement cylinders

  • Safe and long-lasting device use thanks to vibration-proof encapsulated electronics
  • Easy transportation of the internal vibrators thanks to the carrying handle on the converter housing
  • The gentle start-up of the electronics prevents the mains voltage from dipping or the fuse from tripping.
  • Quick troubleshooting in the event of device failure thanks to LEDs on the electronics. Defective devices are therefore quickly ready for use again.
