Cabin - large, bright, comfortable

The widest (and most spacious) cab in its weight class is one of the key features of the SV86-7, maximizing operator comfort and productivity. Thanks to the large glass surfaces, excellent all-round visibility, clearly arranged controls and comfortable, air-suspended seat, the operator can relax after a long day's work. The standard automated air conditioner with numerous optimally arranged air outlets basically serves to ensure the operator a comfortable and pleasant climate experience in the cab. This excavator also has a modern 7" color display.

Modern and environmentally friendly

The 4-cylinder turbo diesel engine from Yanmar (equipped with cooled exhaust gas recirculation and DPF as standard) makes the SV86-7 an environmentally friendly machine with state-of-the-art technology. The electronic control system intelligently regulates the speed as required and thus ensures effective optimization of the engine load. This precise regulation results in reduced fuel consumption and increased productivity.

Easy maintenance

Yanmar has placed equal emphasis on simplifying daily maintenance procedures and extending the service life of parts, resulting in reduced maintenance and an extended service life for each component. The radiator area and battery are accessible from the ground via a large hatch and are easy to clean.

• Engine: Water-cooled YANMAR diesel engine type 4TNV86CT-VBV2 incl. diesel particulate filter fitted ex works. Automatic engine shutdown and eco mode.
• Drive and hydraulics: Hydrostatic drive with axial piston motor, two speeds. Engine idling. ViPPS2i hydraulic system with three hydraulic pumps: two variable displacement pumps and one gear pump for optimum combination of speed, power, lightness and balance for sensitive control and simultaneous execution of all working movements. 2. Additional proportional control circuit for implements, adjustable on the display, settings can be saved for up to 5 attachments.
• Working equipment: Monoblock boom with 1,650 mm dipper. Front dozer blade 2,290 mm with floating position.
• Driver's cab: ROPS / TOPS FOPS comfort full visibility cab with automatic air condition.
• Operation: Sensitive chassis control via hand lever or foot pedals. Knickmatik® (parallel lateral offset).
• Safety: Reversing alarm and reversing camera with color display. Side camera on the right.
• Lighting system: 2 LED work lights on front cab, 1 LED light in boom.
• Other: Electric refueling pump.
