YANMAR V100 wheel loader

The V100 wheel loader is a compact and extremely flexible machine. It is space-saving in every respect: in height, width and length as well as in terms of turning circle. The articulated steering of this articulated loader with a steering angle of 40 degrees increases maneuverability, as the bucket can be moved straight towards the load even when the machine is at an angle. This is a particular advantage on tight construction sites. The oscillating rear axle of the loader provides additional stability as it keeps all four wheels on the ground at all times.

• Engine:
  Powerful, economical and environmentally friendly YANMAR diesel engine with charge air cooling, EU Stage V / EPA Tier 4 final with diesel particulate filter ex works. Transversely installed with high performance.

• Drive and traction:
  Hydrostatic drive with reduction gear. Sophisticated automatic drive system with automatic optimization and automatic adjustment of tractive force and speed. Stepless forward and reverse speed control. All-wheel drive with self-locking differential via the PTO shaft to the front axle. Brake-inch accelerator pedal for sensitive driving and stopping at high numbers of revolutions. Excellent traction thanks to automatic differential locks. Rear axle with pendulum damping.

• Speed: High-speed travel up to 30 km/h with 4 travel ranges: Speed range I 0-5 / 0-10 km/h. Speed range II 0-16 / 0-30 km/h.

• Hydraulics:
  Powerful hydraulic system with high lifting and tearing strengths. Proportional hydraulic valve with 3 control circuits for lifting/lowering, tipping in and out and 3rd control circuit. Electro-hydraulic actuation incl. installation on the lifting frame.

• Steering: Fully hydraulic, proportional articulated steering via load-sensing priority valve. Fast and easy steering even at engine idling speed.

• Loading system & forklift equipment: Standard loading bucket, strong parallel kinematics and integrated mechanical quick-changesystem. Fork carriage and forks are also included as standard.

• Operator's platform & comfort: Spacious, elastically mounted full-view ROPS comfort cab for fatigue-free working. Access from both sides thanks to 2 doors, panoramic safety glazing, driver's seat with hydraulic damping, anti-glare 3.5-inch display, heating and DAB+ radio. Smart Control operating system for simple and precise operation.

• Safety: This YANMAR loader offers a high level of protection for the operator and the environment. Among other things, it is equipped with a battery disconnect switch to protect against unauthorized use, fan protection and much more.

• Accessories: Toolbox with tool set

This YANMAR wheel loader already includes the motor vehicle inspection and a valid emissions test on delivery. This means that the loader is immediately ready for use and roadworthy.
