Schäffer is one of the leading manufacturers of skid steer loaders. From wheel loaders with a particularly low overall height and the world's first electric telehandler to articulated tele wheel loaders with an operating weight of 12 tons, Schäffer loaders are specially designed to meet the requirements of the construction industry, landscaping, municipal services and industry.

Despite their compact dimensions, these dynamic powerhouses are capable of moving enormous loads. The usual robust Schäffer design of the swing arm, lift cylinder and brackets is particularly evident in the Schäffer loaders. A comprehensive range of attachments makes the machines extremely flexible in use.

Equipment carrier

The Schäffer equipment carrier (SGT) is the most compact loader type in the range. It demonstrates its advantages wherever a powerful machine is required for use in confined spaces. With its very compact design, powerful working hydraulics and wide range of attachments, it offers ideal conditions for flexible year-round use.

Wheel loaders

Schäffer wheel loaders lift comparatively heavy loads with low operating weights. This is made possible by a specially designed front carriage, which ensures excellent visibility of the attachment. The extremely robust design of the lifting frame and the reinforced lifting cylinder allow a loader weighing just 2.5 t to move a pallet of paving stones safely. Another advantage: transporter by car trailer is no problem.

A particular product highlight from the Schäffer wheel loader range is the 24e electric loader.

The 24e is a purely electrically powered wheel loader in the 0.5 cbm class. The electric loader stands for emission-free work: Exhaust fumes and noise are now a thing of the past. A particular advantage in emission-sensitive areas. The 24e is ideal for virtually noiseless work in residential areas and city centers, in zoos, parks and cemeteries as well as in regions with a high proportion of tourism. The machine's performance corresponds to that of a 50 hp diesel loader, which belongs to the 0.5 cbm class. Thanks to its low operating weight from 2,215 kg, the electric loader can be easily transported from one construction site to the next on a car trailer.

Tele wheel loaders

Schäffer telehandlers combine the maneuverability and good visibility of an articulated wheel loader with the high lifting height and reach of a conventional telehandler. The indestructible Ferro-Form sliding elements in the telescopic arm ensure a long service life. The machines achieve outstanding tearing strengths thanks to the integrated Z-kinematics, making them the ideal machines for construction, municipal and industrial applications.
