The advanced engine of the ViO57-6B excavator meets all EU emission requirements. The electronic engine control ensures true precision performance and low fuel consumption. A ViPPS hydraulic system enables all functions to be performed simultaneously. Drive engines with 2-speed automatic transmission further increase precision and productivity. The zero-tail excavator is equipped with an improved undercarriage. The result: exceptionally high stability, durability and safety as well as increased operator comfort. The optional SmartAssist remote fleet management system also makes it easier to manage the machine.

RUBAG standard equipment

• Design: No rear overhang (zero tail). Neither the counterweight nor the front section of the uppercarriage protrude beyond the track width
• Engine: Powerful YANMAR diesel engine with diesel particulate filter straight from the factory. Latest version of the TNV engines: 4-cylinder engine with turbocharger and direct injection to improve performance, fuel consumption and exhaust emissions. Eco mode for regulating the engine speed. This results in a reduction in the number of revolutions by 300 rpm, which leads to a corresponding reduction in fuel consumption
• Undercarriage: The X-shaped hollow box construction of the undercarriage has excellent torsional rigidity. The frame is optimized for maximum durability. With its 1990 mm external width, the ViO57-6 midi excavator is ideal for transportation. The track width is 400 mm.
• Driver's cab: Comfortable cab in accordance with the strictest safety standards ROPS (protects the driver if the excavator tips over) and FOPS 1 (protects the driver from falling material). • Hydraulics: ViPPS hydraulic system (ViO Progressive 3-pump system): The hydraulic circuit of the ViO57-6 has a total power control system equipped with two variable displacement pumps for varying the oil quantity and a control block with multiple combinations. The pumps are controlled automatically depending on the movement performed. By cumulating the oil volume, the working speed can be increased on the one hand, and on the other hand the system allows simultaneous movements to be carried out even while driving.
